01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the 777ak website accessible at https://777ak.net, including all games, services, features, and content offered thereon.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 777ak Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including real-money deposits and any awarded bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or incentive amounts credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification procedures 777ak is required to conduct under applicable international gaming compliance standards.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering — the set of policies, controls, and procedures the Platform maintains to prevent the use of 777ak for money laundering or related financial crimes.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party software supplier whose games are made available through the 777ak Platform.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 777ak Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all Players regardless of the device or method used to access the Platform, including desktop browsers, mobile browsers, and any 777ak application. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another individual, you represent that you have the authority to bind that individual to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include both you and that individual.

777ak reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

03 Eligibility

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following conditions to be eligible to use the Platform:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on 777ak or any related platform operated by the same entity.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 777ak or any of its affiliated Game Providers.
• You have not previously had an Account terminated by 777ak for breach of these Terms.

777ak reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

04 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access real-money features of the 777ak Platform, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the 777ak Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balances held therein.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any security information with any third party. 777ak will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify 777ak immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

777ak operates under international gaming compliance standards and is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals or when triggered by internal risk thresholds. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Documents submitted are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

05 Deposits & Payments

777ak accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following verified payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be displayed within your Account dashboard.

• All deposits are subject to a minimum deposit threshold as displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account Balance within minutes of confirmed payment gateway authorisation. Delays attributable to the payment provider are outside 777ak's control.
• 777ak does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name and verified through KYC procedures.
• 777ak reserves the right to decline or reverse deposits that fail AML screening or that originate from flagged or unverified sources.
• All deposit transactions are SSL-encrypted. 777ak does not store full card or banking credentials on its servers.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified Account holders at any time subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed the applicable KYC verification process before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active Bonus Funds must meet their respective Wagering Requirements in full before the associated real-money balance can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible, as a standard AML control measure.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is one to five business days depending on the selected payment method and volume of concurrent requests. Crypto withdrawals via USDT TRC20 are typically faster, subject to network confirmation times.
• 777ak reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds or that are flagged by our risk management systems. This may extend processing time.
• Withdrawal fees, if applicable, will be disclosed within your Account dashboard prior to confirmation of the withdrawal request.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

777ak offers various bonus promotions to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, which are supplemented by promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of each offer:

• Bonuses are awarded in Bonus Funds and are not immediately withdrawable. All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions (where applicable to sports betting), and validity windows.
• Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for casino bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Sports betting bonuses may carry different requirements as detailed in promotion-specific terms.
• Bonus Funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the Account Balance without compensation.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time unless 777ak explicitly states otherwise for a specific promotion.
• 777ak reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-term, Players who have already opted in will be notified and their accrued progress will be assessed fairly.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including through the use of multiple Accounts, structured deposits, or coordinated play — will result in forfeiture of all bonus and related winnings, and may result in Account suspension.

08 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the 777ak Platform — including video slots, live dealer tables, instant games such as Lucky Neko and Limbo, and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface or betting market page.

777ak uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure that game outcomes are statistically random and not manipulated by 777ak or any Game Provider in a manner that disadvantages Players beyond the published house edge.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for all casino games and reflect the theoretical long-term payout rate over a statistically significant number of rounds. RTP figures do not guarantee outcomes for any individual session or Player.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error, 777ak's decision on the affected round or bet shall be final. Bets affected by manifest errors — including but not limited to incorrectly listed odds, erroneous RTP configurations, or software bugs — may be declared void at 777ak's discretion.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777ak Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-player rule.
• Using automated software, bots, AI-assisted prediction tools, or any mechanical or electronic device to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other Players in live games, poker, or any competitive format offered on the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or platform vulnerabilities. Any such exploit must be reported to 777ak support immediately. Failure to report and deliberate exploitation will be treated as fraud.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any activity in violation of applicable AML regulations.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any interaction with 777ak support.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 777ak staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to charge back or reverse legitimate deposits after using the deposited funds to place wagers.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777ak Platform — including but not limited to the 777ak name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 777ak or its licensed Game Providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 777ak.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777ak, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and Game Providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, even if 777ak has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses arising from interruptions, delays, or errors in Platform access caused by events outside 777ak's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment gateway failures, force majeure events, or acts of government.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of sports betting odds or market information displayed on the Platform.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability clauses are restricted by law, 777ak's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data

777ak collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

All personal data transmitted between your device and the 777ak Platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Player funds are held in segregated accounts, separate from 777ak's operational funds, to ensure their security and availability for withdrawal at all times.

13 Responsible Gaming

777ak provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Account holders at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account to control spending.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum loss thresholds per session or per calendar period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been active for a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 777ak Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

To activate any of these tools, contact our support team or navigate to the Responsible Gaming section within your Account settings. 777ak staff will never attempt to dissuade a Player from using responsible gaming tools.

14 Termination & Suspension

777ak reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a verified deposit.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve consecutive months (dormant account closure).

Upon termination for breach, any Balance comprised of Bonus Funds or winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Real-money deposits not associated with prohibited activity will be returned to the Player via the original payment method following completion of any required investigations.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting 777ak support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any remaining real-money Balance will be withdrawn to the Player's verified payment method.

15 Amendments to These Terms

777ak reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly alter Player rights or obligations — 777ak will provide at least seven days' notice prior to the changes taking effect. Notice will be provided via the email address registered to your Account and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform.

Non-material amendments, such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of existing terms, or changes required by regulatory updates, may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the most recent revision.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming license standards and the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 777ak holds its operating licence. 777ak makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legally available for use in any specific jurisdiction outside of those where it is duly licensed to operate.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the 777ak Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our support team at [email protected]. 777ak will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 14 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as designated by 777ak's licensing authority. The language of arbitration shall be English. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator directs otherwise.
